Data security and confidentiality are fundamental on storage maintenance interventions. Our technicians are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Replaced drives can be returned to your customer for internal destruction, or undergo a secure data erasure on our side (according to NIST 800-88, ADISA standards), with conformity certificate. Your customer chooses — and you can offer this flexibility as a value-added argument in your commercial proposition.

We offer several service levels adapted to the criticality of your customers’ storage: 24/7 with 4-hour intervention (for the most critical production arrays), J+1 (for less sensitive systems), Next Business Day (for secondary or archiving storage). The service level is defined per array according to its criticality. We also propose customised SLAs for very specific contexts (regulated sectors, FCA/PRA compliance, NHS, critical national infrastructure…).
