Become a partnerAssets inventory and audit
Before any decommissioning, we carry out a detailed audit of your customer’s IT estate: identification of equipment (serial number, model, age, condition), market value estimation, classification according to their destination (reuse, resale, recycling). An indispensable step to maximise the value of your customer’s assets and make the right strategic decisions. A methodical approach that crediblises the value proposition our partners deliver.
Secure collection and transport
We take charge of the collection of your customer’s equipment on their sites — with adapted packaging, access control, traceability of each equipment. Transport is ensured by specialised logistical partners, with adapted insurance and real-time geolocation. A security indispensable for equipment that may still contain sensitive data — and a value-added argument our partners can valorise commercially.
Data erasure and refurbishment
For each recoverable equipment, we carry out certified data erasure (NIST 800-88, ADISA, UK GDPR), functional refurbishment and cosmetic restoration if necessary. The equipment is then offered on the secondary market, or returned to your customer if they wish. For non-recoverable equipment, we ensure physical destruction and recycling through certified channels — UK WEEE Regulations 2013 and beyond.
Reporting and certificates
At the end of the project, your customer receives a complete file that documents the entirety of the intervention: list of treated equipment, date, method used, final destination, conformity certificates (data erasure, destruction, recycling). A file opposable for audits, regulatory obligations and CSR reporting. A precious deliverable for our partners — that can be restituted under your brand to strengthen your value proposition.
